Agreement to terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Mojave Media Inc. By using our website or services you agree to them.

Our services

We provide marketing, advertising, CRM and lead follow-up systems for wheel, tire and suspension shops.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  1. Program name: Mojave Media Alerts.
  2. Program description: by opting in through our website form you agree to receive text messages from Mojave Media Inc. about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account updates and, if you checked the marketing box, promotional offers.
  3. Message frequency: varies.
  4. Rates: message and data rates may apply.
  5. Cancel: you can cancel at any time by texting STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT). After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts. To rejoin, sign up again or text START.
  6. Help: text HELP or call +1 (844) 751-7024.
  7. Consent is collected through the unchecked, optional checkboxes on our website form. Transactional and marketing consent are separate, and you may agree to one, both or neither.
  8. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  9. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
